Invoice Process
We submit a request to get paid through their portal every 6 weeks
This request contains our costs & spending for the last 3-4 weeks as well as our expected spending in the next 3-4 weeks (covering a period of 6 weeks)
We have a spreadsheet to calculate this, however, this process still needs to be improved
