We submit a request to get paid through their portal every 6 weeks

  • This request contains our costs & spending for the last 3-4 weeks as well as our expected spending in the next 3-4 weeks (covering a period of 6 weeks)

  • We have a spreadsheet to calculate this, however, this process still needs to be improved

Current Objective

To get the project back on track, so that we can get paid on time and to get the results we are looking for.

Key Results

  1. 3 data center facilities secured that will share their data

  2. Stuttgart university agreed to hand partial amount of funding to data center to cover the additional work carried out by Aknostic

  3. Financial and monitoring report submitted to ZUG

  4. Produced a short slide-deck on how we aim to address the blocking issues for ZUG

  5. New payment request submitted

  6. Attended the ZUG networking event in Berlin (Mathias)

  7. Launched a dedicated website for the NADIKI project as part of Leitmotiv
